How can I pin Libraries to the Taskbar?

For example there were six instances open a while ago when I looked, and now there is just one.
    Some of the instances on my system were several days old and when I first noticed it there were about 20. I took some time to figure out what was opening them as the "/embedding" at the end only told me it had been opened through a shell command.

    PS I think I got that right I just woke up.

    First click on your start button search library and library will open it will also be open in taskbar and right click library icon in taskbar and then click pin this program to taskbar
