I just loaded windows 10 on a new computer. On the first boot with the Windows logo on the screen and the dots going around in a circle after the circle goes around about 10 time and before the welcome screen and we are getting things ready it freezes on the circles. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Did the new computer not come with a factory installed operating system?
What happened that you needed to reinstall windows 10?
Were you making any recent hardware or software changes?
Are your files backed up?
Had you created an image?
1) find a flash drive that you can format
2) create a bootable windows 10 iso
Download Windows 10
3) Each computer manufacturer has a F key to boot to the bios
If it is a custom computer you will need to change the boot order to boot to the bios

5) When you are ready with the bootable windows 10 iso let us know for possible repair

Just to be clear the computer came with no operating system. I downloaded the WIndows ISO file and it has never got pass the screen I have explained. So the computer has never full booted. Attached is a poor picture of what happen on first time I boot the machine.
