    Laptop screen upside down

Have a customer with a Windows 10 Toshiba laptop that the Login screen is upside down.
He's in D.C. and I'm in Florida so trying to help over the phone.
Screen is the first screen with the circle and half circle and login.
When he tries to login in, it has incorrect password.
Had him try it backwards, nothing
First tried the Ctrl/Alt Up, down, left and right keys.
    Nothing. Right click does nothing.
I believe you have to be loged it and at the Desktop screen for those commands to work.
I've never run across this in 18 years.

    Hi Berton,
    I mentioned he can't login.
He knows the password is correct. Had him try it backwards. Nothing, says incorrect password.
Also, he's a business man and uses his PC in a secure manner.

I posted originally that I had him try the Ctrl/Alt and arrow keys.
