Weird graphical corruption after Sleep mode

    Hello,

On Windows 10, sometimes when I wake up the PC from Sleep mode I get this weird rectangle of of graphical corruption that moves with my cursor around the screen. See attachment for picture.

I recall on Windows 8 a somewhat similar problem. That when waking up the PC from Sleep mode, there are green rectangles over my picture password.

Mind you, my GPU works fine and don't give any graphical corruptions even when it's very hot. I have a hunch this is more of a problem about how the GPU wakes up from Sleep mode.

    Anyone else has this?

Bad driver. Go into Device manager and remove device and driver then reboot and let Windows install the default driver.

I've got the same issue but it's not every time and the corruption with mine is the whole screen. I'm running the Intel HD 530 driver which gets updated via Windows update. A reboot sorts the problem out.

ps thinking on it, it only happens on the sata drive which has the Insider version of Win10 installed - I don't think my maind SSD drive has this problem with the normal retail version of Win10.

I'll try deleting and reinstalling the graphics driver to see if that works.
