No longer admin and error when I try to delete a certain program

I tried to delete something. I can't remember what it was but the computer wouldn't let me. I don't know how to check if I have admoin control but I have only one account on my system.

When I try to delete finally fantasy xiv I get this error message

    Runtime Error!
    ....formation\blahblahblahsetup.exe
    abnormal program termination

Have you closed Final Fantasy completely, and exited the program and all other programs it may be using?

Was Final Fantasy bootlegged or you purchased it? If it's bootlegged it could be the cause of it and determining the issue grows more difficult.

Let's confirm if you are an Administrator.

Firstly, can you open power shell by typing Power Shell into the Start Menu, and right clicking, and selecting Run As Administrator.

    Then type
    Code:
    net localgroup Administrators
    and press enter.

Take a screenshot and we can verify if you are an Administrator with Administrator rights.

Excellent. Please clarify: are we uninstalling this game, or deleting a file or is the uninstaller having issues deleting a file when uninstalling?

Then in this case, you seem to have the appropriate Administrator rights to perform a file deletion. Have you attempted to delete the file again?

And perhaps: Attempt to restart the computer, make sure the game is not running, and then uninstall it and see if the error returns.
