I have reinstalled my audio drivers and whenever I type "Dell Audio" on the Start menu, it pops up but doesn't work whenever I click it. (1st picture)

The search index may not have updated yet for the change. If this is the cause, then you can rebuild the index using the method in the tutorial below to force it to update now.

If you right click on the search result and click on "Open file location", does it actually take you to its location?
Nothing pops up when I right click it
Odd. I can only think that it's something that hasn't updated yet, and will hopefully do so soon.
It's driving my OCD crazy hahaha
