A link for what? For the official ISO from Microsoft? They have been taken down, they do not exist anymore, officially. IF you trust another site you could get it from there. Just Google it.

If using DISM followed by SFC do not work, do a system reset. If you aren't facing any serious problems errors, just wait till 29/7 and do a clean install with the RTM image.

In "Command Prompt Admin" copy and paste the following one at a time.

    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess
When running this command X would be the drive letter to your setup media

Your setup should be in the USB port and you need to change X to that port drive letter..

Also if you need to verify the there is an install.wim inside the \sources folder on the setup media, as it may have an install.esd
which then you would need to change the command to

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:ESD:E:\Sources\Install.esd:1 /LimitAccess

    I changed the X to E
as I assume you have C=OS and D=cd/dvd - either way change E X to the drive letter of your setup media
