Hi,
It seems like that your Computer has an issue with OpenSSL if you have it installed it would be advised to reinstall or repair the application.
Let me know how it went, and if you still get the errors afterwards.

I have never installed openSSL, i dont even know what that is. Do you think a game or program i installed included it

Hello again,
Also Open SSL is a shared library for games and application development, but since you only got the errors yesterday I would also suggest to repair the game/application you installed at that time (say uninstall and install it again).
So by any chance do you have steam installed? because libcrypto and libssl comes with steam too, The advice would be to reinstall steam and see what happens from there, if the uninstallation removes the ssl library from your pc and reinstalls it it might just fix the problem.

Hi,
Hmm so the issue is still present.. do you use MySQL for development? or .NET for any games? if you have .NET installed it might be worth a try to install the latest .NET package from the microsoft website or to repair them:
Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 (Web Installer) for Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Also if you have any Microsoft visual c++ installed in the time when the issue occured would be advised to reinstall / repair them.
ps. just because both of them use a shared library file to access data.

I tried to install .NET but it says you already have the latest version, it doesnt give me an option to repair
I see,
well the other option would be since you said that you installed a few games, Microsoft Visual C++ is also an addition that uses Shared Library modules,
Through Control Panel Try to repair the most recent Visual C++ Entries. or either reinstall them, whichever suits you.

1. Steam is completely uninstalled
2. Tried repairing the Visual C entries
still no luck
any other suggestions?
the weird thing is thosse errors keeping popping up every minute or so as if something is triggering it
