Cant solve - WUDFRd failed - pc freeze

ok so i literally tried every possible fix that i have found online and nothing works, iam really lost here and dont know what to do.

i have this annoying error every time in windows startup and at random or when i go into a game my pc will freeze.
i successfully completed furmark test twice at around max 74c and in game after a minute it will crash at 68c.

i had this sort of drivers issues before and i have no idea how i fixed it last time.
things that i have already tried:

-set windows driver foundation to manual and automatic (currently on automatic)
-system config clean boot - on windows startup the same error occurs (that means its Microsoft fault?)
    - ddu in safe mode to remove nvidia drivers and install and older driver (didnt help)
-reinstall audio, usb, drivers through device manager
-check hdd and ssd for errors (nothing was found)
-nvidia control panel - prefer maximum performance (was on optimal power but it made no diffrence)
-clean registry and files with ccleaner
    -uninstall printer
-uninstall 2 windows updates that happend today and yesterday

i have now a reset my pc option working again but even if i pick keep my files option it listing all my software and games so i will only do this as a last option.

WUDFPf (part of UMDF) did not load yet. After it does, Windows will start the device again.

Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more runs (this will take many hours so run overnight).
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Turn off fast startup and check performance for a day in which you can perform multiple boots.
Turn fast startup back on and compare performance.

    Please confirm the following:
    sfc /scannow: no integrity violations
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth: completed successfully
chkdsk /x /f /r: displayed no errors, orphaned files, or corruption
clean boot with all Microsoft services disabled, all start items disabled: no change in performance, not even a faster boot?

    EDIT:
    NOT SOLVED- ISSUE IS BACK

[SOLVED - but not all the way]

-ok so i managed to get verifier to trigger a blue screen with the following wrror; FSPFltd2.sys
-couldnt turn off verifier, for some reason it ignored commands and also started showing that i dont have a drive and i need to plug in a drive to boot.
-only option was for me is to reset pc (i choice keep my files option)
-still freezez after after reset so i did another one but this time without keeping my files
-install got stuck on black screen with endless loading ring so had to restart to continue
-after reset pc still got the same wudfpf error
-managed to fix it by applying a fix to windows store that had an error.
    -new error cldflt service failed

    service name:cldflt
    type: 2 file system driver
    state: 1 stopped
    win 32 exit code: 50 (0x32)
    service exit code: 0 (0x0)
    checkpoint: 0x0
    wait hint: 0x0

    error not supported
    50 (0x32)
    the request is not supported

    -couldnt fix it

-tested with valley benchmark on highest settings for an hour and it didnt crash
-installed logitech g27 and fanatec clubsport pedals drivers and the crashes started again.
-unistalled the drivers did a reset and games work again.

it looks like windows installing its own drivers and is conflicting with drivers that iam installing that are essetial to run my games.

how do i solve this error and how do i disable windows from installing its own drivers?

To modify Windows updates for hardware: open control panel > advanced system settings > hardware > device installation settings > Do you want to automatically download manufacturers apps: switch dot from yes to no > save changes

Run all of the above troubleshooting steps again: scannow, restorehealth,

Too turn off windows driver verifier you must be able to navigate to the windows advanced troubleshooting menu. When there you navigate to startup options then restart choosing safe mode with command prompt. Then you type verifier /reset
That will enable you to reboot to the desktop.

Practice now by opening administrative command prompt and typing or copying and pasting this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

    Did you uncheck automatic restart?

winver: 1703 (os build 15063.332).scannow: windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations.restorehealth: no component store corruption detected. the operation completed successfully.
chkdsk: windows has scanned the file system and found no problems. no further action is required.
*not going to do memtest86 as i already did it and it takes ages to complete and nothing was found wrong the last time i checked.
i also checked already with windows memory diagnostic and nothing was found.

    i did get
WudfRd failed to load again on windows startup but i just did a restart and its not showing up.
this is the full warning i got:
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{f3110a6e-4f8f-11e7-b40c-74d4358b4527}#0000000000100000.

    event id:219
    task:212

and after this i get an error (same error every time i startup my pc consistently)

The CldFlt service failed to start due to the following error: The request is not supported.
    event id: 7000
    task: none

i checked in cmd sc query cldflt and i get the same thing with the same file so its some driver defiantly.

    SERVICE_NAME: cldflt
    TYPE: 2 FILE_SYSTEM_DRIVER
    STATE:1 STOPPED
    WIN32_EXIT_CODE: 50 (0X32)
    SERVICE_EXIT_CODE: 0 (0X0)
    CHECKPOINT: 0X0
    WAIT_HINT: 0X0

i also have this event but not as an error just information.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) did not load: damUsbCharger

iam also struggling getting my account verified, after i get the code from Microsoft its saying i have a problem with my network.
windows store update tab also has a never ending loading loop.
same with windows store troubleshooter, its just never ending loading loop.
maybe its something to do with network driver and my account is not able to access Microsoft services? and thats why iam getting this errors and freeze?

just to be clear the system didnt crash today during gaming but i will have to wait untill tomorrow when i reinstall g27 and fanatec drivers and test if it crashes during gameplay then.

    any help will be appreciated.

For the Microsoft store problem see if this fixes it:
Start from a fresh boot so that software/applications are closed.
Keyboard: click windows + r keys simultaneously
type or copy and paste: C:\Windows\System32
    look for WSReset.exe
Right click on it and left click on run as administrator
Do you want to allow this device to make changes to your account: yes
A pop up will then appear: A black box with title bar: C: \Windows\System32\WSReset.exe
It will then close and Microsoft store will appear.
    Reboot.

You can try setting the 'Windows Driver Foundation - User Mode Driver Framework' to Auto. Didn't work for the two 219's I get at boot, but might for you.
    Open Command Prompt as Admin
    sc config wudfsvc start=auto

    Open Command Prompt as Admin
    sc config CldFlt start=disabled

already tried all this options before and after pc reset, didnt do anything.
going to try to disable cldflt next

crashes started to happen again, specifically on dx11 games and valley benchmark when set to dx11
i had a feeling this will happen again because i started to get a black screen for one second just after windows logo.

the crashes started when i installed mte-450 wacom bamboo driver and clubsport pedals drivers. could it be my usb drivers? i have everything up to date according to windows and driverbooster so i dont know what to do anymore.
this time i atleast get a warning that nvidia driver crashes. but i also got like 20 of this errors before the game\benchmark crashed.

I get that error if I start up with one of my thumb drives loaded. Remove drive and restart and error is gone. There was another device that also caused the error as well before I removed it but can't remember what it was.

    [SOLVED]
    It was power setting issue.

yesterday i discoverd that it will only crash if i put an application\game in full screen and once more on start up.
i decided to search on youtube this time to see if anyone else is having issues only in full screen mode and i have found this video below.

what i had to do is to turn off fast startup (thats probably the service driver that couldn't load properly, it this option is off in my bios) and turn off sleep and hibernate mode.
i then went to univalley benchmark again and set it dx11 full screen mode with high settings and it didnt crash.
could it be that Microsoft changed the power settings in the recent build?

going to test some games and install 3 drivers that i need later in the day and see if it really fixed.

thank you for all the help!!!!
