Odd, because when I click it, I get taken straight to it.
Maybe if I post it directly instead of in a link tag: OneDrive
Let me know how this goes, please.

It seems to be in a notepad type format instead of HTML....it was the same as the first post.

OK, now, today I have not managed to start my laptop up yet.
However, after I restarted yesterday after I had gone through all the steps and posted the results, my screen flickers constantly, another headache to be added to the list.
Did I have to switch something back in msconfig?

Fortunately I managed to get rid of the flicker, just by restarting in safe mode and restarting in normal mode again.

The boot problem is still there, but it needs a bit of patience.
What I do experience sometimes too (might be related to the flicker problem I had) is that I sometimes have black squares in my browser (Google Chrome) which disappear after a few seconds.

In the left lower corner search type msinfo32. Please use onedrive and post a share link into the forum.

The info in one drive only appeared as a one page file. It may have needed to completely load before saving it. See if you can get it to save with Hardware resources, Components, and Software environment

This one is for the Hardware Environment (impossible to copy all the info at once), the rest to follow soon:
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

And here is the Software Environment report:
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Hope I did it the way you meant.

    Thank you.
