Can you get to Safe Mode? E.g. Shift left click any restart button if you can identify one- e.g. on your logon screen.
If so what do you see?
If no text, I suggest you simply cut your losses and clean install.

Ok, I'm planning on backing up C:/Users/Skodd , all drivers (c:\windows\system32\Drivers c:\windows\system32\DriverStore, ec:\windows\inf)
what else do I need
Hi, it depends what personal data you think you need that you haven't already backed up. There might be program configuration settings, favourites.
Here's how I do it- I keep all personal data as far as possible off C: . I don't use the default libraries and don't bother to relocate them. That means I can quite readily reinstall the OS without risk to much of my data, which is on a different disk.
If you're concerned about drivers (normally you shouldn't need to back them up as Windows will provide them for you) there are progs that back up your drivers.
If you want to extract data from your disk, you can boot your PC from Kyhi's boot disk (from the top of the Software and Apps section here), and access your disk using normal Win 10 features.
You could even create a disk image using Macrium Reflect (free) s you can later mount the image as a drive and access any file you like.
Nice, is Macrium included in that boot disk? and do you have a link for it?

I figured I could use the Narrator to try to repair windows (Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade Windows 10 Installation Upgrade Tutorials ) and it works surprisingly well except I got another problem while at the "Getting updates" step, it crashes and I get a message error with
any fix for that?Modern Setup Host has stopped working
Best cut your losses and do a clean install. An in-place upgrade repair install will not:
- fix a corrupt user profile
- repair every registry problem
