Changing Text size in Windows 10 after recent update.

    Hello Windows 10 Forum.
    My First Post.
I just installed the newest Windows 10 update and i cant figure how to change/adjust fonts in Windows. I cant find the advance settings in display menu to adjust the font size only. I do not want to adjust scaling, just the font sizes.
Any body else having this problem ?

Hello Icdreader, and welcome to Ten Forums. :)

If you like, you can use Option 2 in the tutorials below to manually change text size in Windows 10 since you can no longer do so from a UI.

I had to reformat my hard drive which is very unfortunate. I reinstalled Windows 10 and referred to my text file that contains how to manually set up all my customizations. So I reached the section that is directly related to this post. I found your tutorials a few days ago on how to make those custom fonts again. Thanks for those. It's too bad that Microsoft got rid of the option to reach these settings without having the hassle to figure out how to do it from the Registry. So I used your tutorials to re-get my settings that I prefer. But there is one customization in my text file that I wasn't able to find in the tutorials; it is the "Palette titles" section. How do I modify that section?

    Thanks Brink

    You're most welcome Aiman. :)

"Palette titles" are no longer used in Windows 10, so there's no need to try and change its text size anymore.

Oh okay. I don't even remember what it means, but I had it sitting in the text file. But since it no longer applies, then I will erase it from there!

    Thanks again Brink

    You're most welcome.

What are you referring to as sidebar?

Sidebar: the list of items in a vertical box next to the main viewing pane.
At least i think that's what it is.
