BTW it seems that nvstor.sys is part of nvidia storage driver: Nvstor Service Defaults in Windows 10
A little bit strange because my notebook doesn't have any nvidia part as far as I know

Were you able to boot and run sfc /scannow?
Was it unable to complete? Did it find integrity violations that it was not able to fix?
In administrative command had you tried to run: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Let us know the results.

This is a zip file of nvstor.sys from windows 10 version 1703 build 15063.296
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Once you are able to boot please make sure that you run both sfc scannow and dism restorehealth

if u can access your drive via file explorer by booting to PE or linux image, that file is in 3 places on the drive.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers = this is likely the one that is missing
    C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_nvraid.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.15063.0_none_4aee9c60f7cd5dcf
    C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\nvraid.inf_amd64_144351277838b429

The probability is that a number of files were removed, therefore,
what I would do is to download the 1703 ISO and make a usb drive (8GB will work) using Rufus - boot from that and do a repair install. I think you can get it from here
    Download Windows 10)
I have not done this for a while but I think u need to dnld the media creation tool first then follow your nose to download the iso file. You may be able to make it directly from the too but rufus is faster - it is free.

@ruggb - you can only do an in-place upgrade repair install if you can log in.
@Math- can you advise definitively whether you can log in or not?

    Yes, I was

More precisely, I did scan from repair console as dalchina suggested

Was it unable to complete? Did it find integrity violations that it was not able to fix?
    I've got this message:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
    example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

In administrative command had you tried to run: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    Let us know the results.
    I didn't

This is a zip file of nvstor.sys from windows 10 version 1703 build 15063.296

Thank you for the file. It didn't help but thank you in any case.

Once you are able to boot please make sure that you run both sfc scannow and dism restorehealth
    OK, I'll try now.

dism doesn't support servicing windows PE with the /online option

After a small investigation I've found that this error is produced by using of PE disc. It is necessary to remove registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\MiniNT.

After that process starts, counter goes up to 100% and after that gives an error:

    Error: 1
    Incorrect function.
The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

See if you can produce the CBS log:
Click win + r simultaneously to open the run command then copy and paste: %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt
If that does not work see if opening notepad then file then entering C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log creates a text file.
And if that does not work see if notepad opened as administrator allows you to generate a text file.
Please use onedrive or any cloud source to post a share link into the forum.

I would suggest that you boot into safe mode:
Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

Once you get into safe mode, open device manager and uninstall any hardware listed under IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers, including checking the box to uninstall the drivers. Then you should be able to go into MSCONFIG, the boot tab, uncheck the box for safe mode, and reboot.

You need to redirect to the offline image (like you did with sfc)

    eg:
    Dism /Image:X:\ /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:\test\mount\windows
