    well, my slow internet is chugging along.. 7% into the CU update download and it is a quarter to three in the A M so i'm going to get some sleep and wake up to this in a few..
    I'll post an update and if the issue is solved I'll post my other issue.... it's more based around the motherboard, (i think) so this may be the wrong place to ask.... time will tell :)
