creators update

I was wondering if anyone is having trouble with the creators update? I installed it on a desktop and laptop. The laptop seems ok with it. The desktop appeared ok at first, but after a couple of days things started happening. Keyboard would freeze, chrome with bing started freezing, not responding. I reverted back to v1607 and now everything appears fine. I know they're going to force it on me (creators update is coming), but unless they work out the bugs, I don't want it. After checking it out while it was working I found there's really nothing in it that interests me anyhow. The laptop did have one bug that I found so far. C: drive wasn't recognized in the defrag and optimize program (hdd), but I fixed that. I downloaded it early and maybe that's the problem. Maybe it'll be ready when it becomes ready over windows update.

I upgraded via the media tool and have no problems.

Good morning. I had no problems with the CU process on two machines. Only problems I (and others, but not everyone) now have is it has crippled the Windows Update process. Don't know about waiting to get it via WU, I did this machine with the Win 10 Upgrade Assistant and the laptop with WU. Both are exhibiting the same Windows Update issues.

How can you say you had no problems with the CU yet say the critical Windows Update function doesn't work?
