    Unknown Windows Services _xxxxxx


    Hi
    looking at my current running services I have:

    Sync Host_a0246
    CDPUserSvc_a0246
    Contact Data_a0246
    User Data Access_a0246
    User Data Storage_a0246
    MessagingService_a0246

    What are they and can they be disabled without any negative impact to my PC ?

    Where are you looking at your current running services? In Task Manager? If so, click 'Open Services' and look at them there. Each one will have a full description of what it does. I don't have your exact list, but I do have other similarly named services. For example, UserDataSvc_371de which says it....
    Provides apps with access to structured user data, including contact info, calendars, messages and other content. If you stop or disable this service, apps that use this data might not work correctly.
