Win 10 Fonts Look Bad Even With True Type Selected

Hello, I've just set up Win 10 on a new computer and I'm noticing that the Text looks very bad even with True Type selected. I've gone through the True Type settings a couple of times to select the best looking settings. I have another Win 10 computer connected to this Monitor and it looks much better. This system has "Intel HD Graphics Family Chipset" and the other system has "Intel 4 Series Express Chipset". Any ideas how I can make the Text look better on this system ? Thank you in advance for any help.

Is your display set to the default recommended values?

If your DPI scaling is set to 125%, try changing it to 100% and see what happens.

Yes, the text might be smaller but it should be clear.

Thanks, my scaling was / is set to 100% and the Monitor at the recommended resolution.

Thanks, doesn't look like there is a cure. Actually I have noticed that it's more with Windows elements like toolbar text and the settings window you posted above than it is with text on forums. Part of the issue is I've been using Linux Mint 18.1 to surf the net lately and I'm shocked at how much better it looks than Windows 10. After using Mint for awhile and going back to Windows things looks raw and pixelated even on the same computer / monitor setup.
