Artipax, I had the same problem on my NUC DN2820FYK. The fix is very simple, you need to insert the serial number of your NUC in the BIOS. Follow the instructions in this discussion at Microsoft Community: After installing creator update, NUC failed with 0x80070057 on Win - Microsoft Community
I managed to fix my problems doing only the changes to the BIOS, using Intel Integrator Toolkit. No other troubleshooting required. Hope you can fix your problem as well.

yea it was bad serial number in bios.
flashing bios with correct data fixed that 0x80070057 error message.
can't understand why Microsoft did that and why now ?!!
