A lot of people who had Home version before erroneously download Home - Single Language. What you really want to download and install is just plain Windows 10.

Called Microsoft again told the lady i needed a product key to reinstall Win10, told her i did not ever have a product key as Win10 was downloaded to replace Win8, I gave her control of my system and she put in the needed product key and Win10 was installed, went to ASUS for new drivers for WIN10 they had only drivers for Win7&8 so i guess i will have the same problem as before because ASUS is no longer supporting this computer another good reason not to ever buy another ASUS computer.
You should be able to get drivers from the OEM maker of the parts what drivers don't you have?
The lady at Microsoft who ran my computer model in her data base just said i needed to update the drivers, did not explain what drivers she was addressing.
But from ASUS's Support my system only shows drivers for Win7&8.
But looking in control panel i see that new drivers for the NVIDIA Graphics got all new drivers installed when Win10 was installed today, so i guess Microsoft had this item covered.:)
