Hi, sorry to reply few days late. I have already fixed this issue. I fixed it by reformatting the "system reserved" partition while reinstalling windows. I also recommend reformatting all of the drives during this step.
This turned out to be true, because "System reserved" carries some data over to a new install, in this case corrupted files remained the same even after a fresh reinstall.Also when I did "clean" install I didn't format "System reserved" partition (500mb) maybe it had some bad files that carried over to the next install, is it possible? I did format main ssd though.
