Context menu now has "Powershell" instead of "Command Prompt"

    So, all I have to do to get a context menu command prompt that correctly runs commands which produce utf8 output is to edit the registry? Thanks, Microsoft!

    I didn't install anything. It just appeared in the context menu when I shift + right-clicked on my desktop.
    A temporary fix would be to type "cd Desktop", of course, "Desktop" can be changed to whichever directory you need.

    You can simply type cmd from powershell to jump to the old style command prompt.
