Currently, Spotlight on Lock Screen is missing
I've still got Spotlight there (and it's working)
"Get fun facts, tips ....." switch is grayed out under Lock Screen Settings
Don't have that one when Spotlight is selected. It's there and working with Picture selected.
"Occasionally show suggestion in Start " switch is grayed out under Start Settings
    Not for me.
    Settings > System > Notifications & Actions
"Get tips, tricks ...." switch is grayed out.
    Mine isn't.
"Show me the Windows welcome ....." switch is grayed out.
Nor that. My system is running Windows 10 Home, the Creators Update, version 1703, build 15063.138

If you also see the red '...some settings are managed by your organisation' message too, then these were disabled in the registry. If you are running Pro you could try opening Gpedit and setting any relevant policies to 'not configured'.

In gpedit >Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>Windows Components>Windows Update I enabled months ago "Configure Automatic Updates" with option 2... If i switch back to "not configured" maybe the "organization" will go away but I'll lose the *extremely useful* feature.

Unfortunately not: that *came* with Creators Update.
This happened after updating to the CU.

I opened gpedit and hunted around the policies that seemed relevant. They were all set as "not configured".

I'm getting it on some of my 15063.138 systems, but not all of them. Weird.

It may help to have documentation of all Group Policy settings and the registry keys they use. Download it as a spreadsheet from here:

I had to go back to the Build 15063.138, everytime I put my PC to sleep it restarted. I think that MS released RS3 way too soon.

Just did a clean install of 10 Pro on my laptop to replace the Education install. No more "Some settings are hidden" message and nothing is greyed/locked out.

Same here on 1 of 5 machines, all Win10-Pro.
Tried everything to fix it, no luck.
It's been reported by others on the Insider Feedback.
I remember this occurring on a previous Insider Build update; rolled back to an earlier state & the message was gone for about 10 minutes, i.e. clean install might not work either.

Another weird thing. Suddenly got this Defender error & Device manager said: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"
It was for the built-in card reader, installed a pre-Win10 driver & the error went away. An identical machine has the same card reader & the error never appeared.
