    Disable Info/Bubble poup - See attached image

    Can anyone help me find info on how to disable the INFOTIPs or BUBBLE POPUPs as seen in the images above? I've already made changes to the registry under:

    Changed value to 0 and saved, rebooted and no change.....still seeing infotip popups

    Also, I unchecked and applied in Explorer>Folder Options>View "Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items"

    Hi, the same option is there in Folder Options as per the picture under Option 1 in the tutorial you quoted. (Build 14393 pre-Creator). (Bubble notifications are old-school- although can be enabled again apparently)

    I assume you're referring to Win 10 as your PC is shown as having Win 7.

    To post a screenshot use the icon 'Insert Image' (a pop-up!) to the left of the video icon above your post - yours didn't appear.

Good Day All Weird happenings, on the question headers on this site (others as well) the bubble that pops up when mousing over the question has stopped, any clue as to how to fix this. I have even wen't as far as running DISM to restore...
In the IE browser, it was simple: Internet options - Advanced - Multimedia - Disable automatic image resizing. In Edge, however, I can't find anything in Settings that will do this.
