corrupted zip file

    Well in that case you need to boot from something else to delete the file. A Linux Live USB is the usual suggestion, but you could also boot from a recovery drive USB and use the Command Prompt.
    Create Recovery Drive in Windows 10
    (untick 'include system files', you won't need them)

    @Bree is it really this serious, going into rescue mode because mistype something inside zip file. There has to be a simpler solution

    On the rare occasions when Windows won't let you delete a file booting from another OS (any other OS) is the quickest workaround. The recovery drive (or Linux) won't know (or care) about the file permissions.
