Windows 10: Error Code: 0xc0000221

Hi guys, first time posting as today as at 7:00~ i got the error code Error Code: 0xc0000221. I personally am not experienced with computers so i have decided to post this thread in the hope someone will help me. The system says:
File:\\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
error code: 0xc0000221

I upgraded to windows 10 through windows 7 home premium 64bit through a key so i don't own a windows 10 boot drive. I do not have an erd either.
If you need more information please tell me i'm willing to oblige to anything.

Not the answer to your post, but you can download W10 from Microsoft ("Media Creation Tool" I think it is called), at:

If you already have an acceptable version of W10 on your computer (Microsoft's site will know that by interrogating your PC), the download is free. You could test that by downloading the MC Tool and running it (no more) to see if it states in its opening screen "We notice you are running Windows 10. If you would like to update to the latest version ....". Not many people (if any) have a hard copy of W10 these days unless they save the Media Creation Tool, but that is pointless because W10 updates every few weeks automatically and the MC Tool is there to download a fresh copy when needed although doing so will, I think, erase your programs stored on the C drive. (I have never been able to get an view on that.) I used it last Autumn to install W10 on a new SSD.

Does anyone know of an authoritative source about the erasing of programs?

EDIT: I have just searched for "windows 10 error code "0xc0000221", which might be helpful.

@Stevekir: Don't know exactly what you mean by authoritative source, but I use Revo uninstaller free or Eraser.
