Language Pack refuses to install in Win10

I had several language packs and associated keyboards installed on my Windows 10 system then all of a sudden the keyboard options just up and disappeared on me. After some searching I decided to uninstall the language packs and then reinstall them but now when I add the language I try to then install the pack and it refuses saying

The following updates were not installed (along with the Korean language pack info)

What can I do to get these languages back on my system as it's annoying not having them available when needed!

I also found this tonight and used trouble shooter to try and find issues it says it found some so I applied the fix and it refuses to fix the issues. It says it fixed it but if I do another scan it comes up with the same issues.

I also tried to do a manual install of the language and it says it can't be installed on this computer.

This is the info I was following to try and resolve this issue!

Download language pack for offline use in Windows Updates and Activation
Hello! Excuse me if this has been asked before, just point me to the appropriate thread. I work as Technician in a Computer Store and we import some notebooks and all-in-one PCs from Poland and elsewhere. Going into the Control Panel to download...
well... the title sais it all, I've tried installing the language packs using windows updates, or directly downloading and installing using lpsetup.exe... It always starts the installation, then it fails at the end.
My friends and I have a secret language and I was wondering if it's possible to create a custom language pack. Thanks!
Adding English Language Pack in General Support
With the previous build (10074) I could switch the interface between English and Swedish but although Win 10 tells me that I have switched to English it does not change, it just stays in Swedish. Is this a build 10122 thing?
