tomcat, My address book isn't missing, I can open it. There are just no "Contacts " tab to click on the left side in the AOL Mail folder .
I really don't want to re install AOL at this point. And this link was from AOL. *sigh*
I will check the other links I've been given.
Eileen, to do a screenshot, follow this tutorial, option #4. Then post the picture here as an attachment.

To get to the address book I open "WRITE" and then "Address Book" on the right of the area to write my email. Is that what you mean???
