tomcat wanted me to send a screenshot of the AOL Mail Folder

To get to the address book I open "WRITE" and then "Address Book" on the right of the area to write my email. Is that what you mean???
Okay - just to make sure - we want to export the address book/contacts, right?
When you open your address book, what options do you have there? Maybe you can do a screenshot of that as well, but only the functions and not the actual addresses?

Naw, I don't want you to go deleting anything.
Just have a look at the window your address book is in. Do you see any "commands" anywhere? Similar to this?

Maybe "Options" or something like that?

Let's try this:

Open Google Chrome Browser and go to this web page:

AOL.com - Welcome to AOL

Then login.
