*Some settings are hidden or managed by your company

I'm seeing a RED *Some settings are hidden or managed by your company message on a couple of screens in Settings.
Settings > System > Notifications & actions. "Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows" and "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates...." are greyed out.
Settings > Personalization > Lock screen. "Get fun facts, tips, tricks and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen" is also greyed out
Settings > Personalization > Start. "Show most used apps", and "Occasionally show suggestions in Start" are greyed out.

This all happened after I upgraded from the AU to the CU. Windows 10 Education. Has happened on two PC's. No such issue with my Windows 10 Home PC. Will be doing a clean install at some point but interested to see if anybody else has had similar issues.

There are quite a few posts on 'some settings' for previous editions. If you didn't see that previously, that begs the question as to whether there's a difference in the builds as regards GPO settings somehow.

The ones I saw are for "Some settings are managed by your company" on the Windows update screen. I don't have any warning there though?

Didn't have that message before the upgrade. I'm just about to go do a clean install on my laptop and see what happens.

Just did a clean install, used recommended settings, same deal. All the above items are greyed out and a red message top of screen.

Did a clean install of 10 Pro from the same thumb drive, no such issues.

I think it comes from the GPO Microsoft.Policies.CloudContent setting which updates the registry DWORD DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures in HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent

You can set it to 1.

Not 100% sure if it works in Home (I only have Pro) but it should according to Google.
