Fonts Folder shows "This folder is empty" message, although it's not

    Hi,everybody.
I've recently installed about 30,000 news fonts on my Windosw 10. The PC slowed down a bit, so I started removing 'some' (many) fonts.

However, now that I've removed thousands of fonts, when I open the Fonts folder it only shows the "This folder is empty" message. Acessing the folder's Properties through Windows Explorer, however, shows that there are 24,403 files in the folder.

I did search the internet for a solution, but to no avail. So, does anyone know how I can go back to seeing all the folder's contents or at least remove the new fonts and keep only the ones W10 comes with ?

    You could try
Rebuild Font Cache in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

Then you could try system restore.

You could try deleting everything in that folder and doing an in-place upgrade repair install.

And you might be able to copy the default fonts from another Win 10 PC.

How did you install and delete so many fonts?
