What did you post this reply with? It is a bit small to read and full of odd tags...

FONT=Calibri, serif]'m really enjoying this upgrade from RS-1. I don’t have any migration side effects, only minor issues here and there with original setup. The date format is not an issue, Libre Office is working properly... I Made an ISO image out of the creators tool and it was fast. Downloading ISO took 10 minutes, verifying your download is another 10 minutes.

Rufus seems to take a little longer and the windows.iso file becomes ESD-ISO in Rufus. Rename it ESD-ISO-15063. Will give it a try later on the old sandybrigde machine. Will it install the Pro edition if the ISO was made from this Home Desktop?

Also, update history was deleted after upgrading and the usual 7 drivers list is empty. Is it normal? Run a few of them manually in Device Manager and they were all up-to-date.

    Regards,

PS: screenshot shows disk cleanup after the upgrade. 18.5GB of old stuff are gone and part of Windows 10 history. Bye bye Rs-1!

    Hi Everyone,
So far I've updated three of my computer's to the creators update, one laptop..one desktop..and one tablet. They were all previously running the previous production version , since upgrading them I've noticed something strange that's occurred on the tablet, previously when I was using firefox browser and was watching a YouTube video, I could turn off the display, and the music kept playing. Now since upgrading it, when I turn off the display the music stops...on my other two computer's that function works correctly. So I went back to my previous version of windows 10 and now the music keeps playing like it used to on my tablet..so far I don't know why ??

I can confirm that Movie Maker 2012 DEFINITELY still works in CU, as I've just completed two movies this morning. My build is 16.4.3528.0331

edit: I see that forum links to downloads no longer work. I zipped my copy and put in my OneDrive...
Thanks, but I already had my own copy, downloaded before the links were pulled. I too can confirm Movie Maker 2012 still works in Creators Update - I already had it installed before the upgrade and it still works just as it did before.

HOWEVER, I can also confirm that trying to run the Offline Installer wlsetup-all.exe on a 15063.13 system that has never had it installed before reports that the install fails...

...which is odd, to say the least as according to Apps & features, the Start menu and file associations it has installed successfully. Apparently fully functional too...

The Uninstall is fully functional too, should you wish to remove it. :)

I guess we need to wait for more feedback from those who tried it from my link or a previously downloaded one, although I suspect that most who wanted to use Movie Maker already had it. Such an easy to use, basic video producer with a short learning curve.

Mine was presumably the same as your link. It was downloaded on 13th March 2017, wlsetup-all.exe version 16.4.3528.331.

It's reinstalling after a clean install of Windows that may be a problem.
