Ok. Well, it worked twice, and now it's not working anymore. It was bringing up a window "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security".
I found a workaround to get there.
Start
Windows System
Control Panel
Windows Firewall
Advanced Settings
That would be the same Window that showed up. Appears to be a bug
It needs to be reported in the feedback hub, which I will do
Since I went to creator, had visual problems with black screen when game loading, games not loading and freezing screens but think it nvidia associated, all these problems are visually related. So I am taking out my Geforce 1060 6GB GTX and putting in an AMD Radeon RX 580 which was released the other day, picking mine up from an online store locally tomorrow £229. Nvidia can go to hell, I should have learnt my lesson the last time I tried Nvidia.

Great, thanks!
Some other bugs that I've found:
1. Is it just me or does the slideshow option of the Photos app make the initial picture that you're starting with a tad bit blurry?
2. Something very minor but it has been there since the beginning of Windows 10.
When opening the Mail app, clicking the Settings icon and choosing any setting in the sidebar and then going back to the main sidebar settings again (clicking the "back" icon), for some reason you'd have to click twice on any other setting that you're wishing to go to.
I got so frustrated with this and other creator issues that I reinstalled Windows 8.1 over Windows 10. That had its own issues (update problem etc) that I had to get through one by one. The mail/people app on Win 8.1 really sucks, holy cow. One issue I had was that I could not add another outlook account. Seems a very common issue. Did all the fixes and nothing worked. So I decided to upgrade back up to Windows 10 creators. Cleaned it up a little and it works great. Notifications and mail synching are fine now. I'm going to block future feature updates as long as I can with the hide/show tool and other methods.

Danny,
I'm not sure if you found your own fix for the Weather tile not working, but I found a fix and the tile has been working for the last few days.
Open the app, and at the top of the screen, it will give you the option to pin your location to the start menu. Pin it, and remove the other tile that no longer works. This has worked for me.
Thanks
