Windows 10 stuck with interfaceless safe mode

    Bonjour,
I'm having a severe issue where I tried to bood into safe mode using msconfig but now, my computer boot (takes forever), gives me a nice wallpaper with 4 icons, keyboard language, no internet, ergonomie? and power option.

There are no interface, I can not type anything, execute anything, nada!

When I reboot, keyboard doesn't light up at bios (can't enter bios). Can not F8 either.

    I'm stuck and, honestly, desperate!

Anynone's having any idea what is going on with this system?

When you reboot, does it always go into safe mode now? Or does it reboot back to normal mode? What is your reasoning for booting into safe mode? What kind of keyboard are you using? Some types of keyboards, some wireless ones dont connect right away which can give you issues trying to use F8 or other keys at boot time.

    Ok... start from the start.

I'm having an issue with windows taking near 120 seconds to restart. When I ask windows to restart, I get the Windows Shuting down screen, then my screens go off and then the keyboard goes off and then, nothing for 90 seconds until I get the Bios screen displayed (prompt me to hit DEL or ESC) and then windows boot. I'm not used to that as not so long ago, Windows was restarting quite fast.

I went into safemode to see if the problem was the same and I am now stuck with this uselesse screen where the only thing I can do is reboot and yes, it keeps rebooting to the same point each time and it takes 2 minutes each time!

Ok, looks like I was in diagnose mode, not in safe mode. I managed to boot from the repair disk and use BCDEDIT to fix the boot mode. I went to safe mode and then back to normal mode. Still need to find why windows is taking forever to reboot.

To fix the keyboard issue I had to flash de CMOS back to factory default. There used to be a bridge between BIOS and Operating system but looks like this bridge in thining up!
