    Win 8.1 to 10


    Just up Dated windows 8.1.Now i get the window and dotted wheel on startup.Does this mean that windows 10 upgrade is starting to load for later upgrade ?

    The dotted wheel is just Windows 8.1 loading. Have you clicked on the Window icon and registered?
