    Is it possible to have the right Start menu perma on (not hidding)?

    You mean the left?
    I think it was discussed elsewhere and the conclusion was no.
    The only other solace was to decrease mouse hover time dramatically to get a mouse hover tip immediately,
    eventually you get to memorize which icons are for which application.

How to get Windows to display start screen instead of start menu
On startup, I have it set to display the Start Screen without the Start Menu. When I exit an app the Start Menu is displayed and I have to click the Windows icon to once again display only the Start Screen (tiles only).

Windows 10 start menu/notification menu/metro apps not opening anymore
I am using Windows 10 for around 2 days now. But today my computer freezed while playing a game, so i restarted my computer and when i logged in, the start menu,notification menu and metro apps would not open anymore. Whats is happening?
