Startup folder

You would need to open a command prompt, and run the command below to do what TairikuOkami posted.

md "%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup"

I think, that you are looking for something like this? You can easily add programs.

It seems to work, as there's now a folder called startup in my start menu under programs. Also, i think i found a much simpler solution. You can simply do a system file check using a command promt, which will bring the startup folder back again.
