No need to create bootable windows 10 setup media..
Just download ISO and Mount it
Then copy Install.wim to Rescue Media \Sources Folder

once you have all that...
type> Diskpart
type> select disk 0
type> select partition 3
type> format quick fs=ntfs label="WIN_OS"
type> exit
type> dism /Apply-Image /ImageFile:D:\Sources\Install.esd /Index:2 /ApplyDir:C:\
type> echo f | xcopy D:\Sources\WinRE.wim C:\Windows\System32\Recovery\Winre.wim /h
then reboot

install.esd OK
otherwise cmd line would be install.wim

Index:1 = Windows 10 Pro Version
Index:2 = Windows 10 Home Version
It says disc is in use. Can I override and format ?

type> delete partition override
type> create partition primary
type> format quick fs=ntfs label="WIN_OS"
type> assign letter="C"
type> List Partition
Verify you have all four Partitions again, with Partition 3 being labeled WIN_OS and assigned drive letter C:

type> exit
and continue
