Comp will not sleep; icssvc to blame, but how to fix?
Hi all,
I just recently have started having sleep issues. I put the comp to sleep via either the power button or windows->power->sleep, and while the screen goes blank for a few seconds, the lock screen comes up right afterwards. This all started happening after I used Mobile Hotspot for the first time.
I've tried going to Services and stopping the Internet Connection Sharing Service, but icssvc still seems to be requesting something from the system (see below). Sometimes after a while, icssvc stops showing up in powercfg -requests, and at that point the system will sleep successfully. So, I'm quite sure something about icssvc is the root cause.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Thanks!
