    Everything Is Underlined

    Hello;

    My title probably brought you in to see what I am talking about, so here goes;

    Last week I downloaded a program from a website and left it alone as I had other things to do first, as I continued "Windows Defender" popped up In a very red box saying Trojan detected and I hit the button to dispose of it.

    For a while I thought I was alright and had avoided the bullet, fat chance it did damage to Explorer.exe file and basically left me hanging. I tried all kinds of ways to repair the damage, but I was left with no choice but to re-install Windows.

    After I did that and I re-installed all my programs I noticed that everything that was on the computer was and is still underlined.

    I have included pictures of what I am talking about.

    Does anyone know how to remove the underlines without going through another install of Windows.

    Thanks for the help in advance

    Hello Madbiker1960, :)

    Double check your Folder Option settings to make that you have Underline icon titles only when I point at them selected in step 3 of Option 1 from the tutorial below.

    Open Items with Single-Click or Double-Click in Windows 10
