What I had done was this (applying it to the onedrive icon in the nav pane of file explorer):

Open File Explorer, right-click OneDrive, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, next to Attributes, check the Hidden box. This hides OneDrive from File Explorer.

Turn off or uninstall OneDrive - OneDrive

I did a manual search and found the folder. It was faded out. I right clicked it/properties and unhid it.

Did that work? Can you see OneDrive in File Explorer now?

By the way I don't see that path.... there is no appdata after C:\Users\{your name} .... the onedrive folder was in my name folder.
Unless I'm misunderstanding or the name in parenthesis takes it somewhere else.
