Today's Update Broke Me & My OS

Control panel>Troubleshooting>trouble shoot Windows updates. It may do some resetting.

Ugh...so many people I see!
And over months and months with the common issue being right after an update.
MS really needs to wake up and provide a fix for their update that says it was 100% when it clearly wasn't.

This issue is far beyond that simple route.
Windows thinks everything installed OK 100% so as far as it is concerned there are no issues.

(KB3150513) this just came out so try to run the windows update repair then try the update again - this could be a patch.

This came out a day after the main update.

I cannot get into Windows Update in Safe Mode with Networking, it just closes when I click on it and I will not be able to get into it if booted normally.

This update provides the latest set of definitions for compatibility diagnostics that are performed on the system...
