Just did a Clean Boot, no change...still happens so that tells us it is 100% a MS issue. Thanks MS

Just uninstalled all the Mar 15th and 14th updates in safe mode.
Will see what we get here.

How did you manage to uninstall from safe mode?

Well there are a few updates that allow you to uninstall.
The major one does not, most likely due to the fact that it could mess up your system hence a system restore would be the route you would take in that instance but that doesn't work so that update, which is our culprit, remains.

It is gonna really suck having to do a reformat, sure it will be nice to have a clean slate but installing all my Adobe software, putting presets back in, mail set up and download etc etc.

Been at this all day troubleshooting so I think a reformat is the next step followed by installing all updates and making sure everything works before reinstalling all my stuff.

Oh i feel you, been at this for a while. Gonna try a few more things and if it doesn't work i'm probably gonna head down that route too. I'll keep you posted.

10-4 man, after doing a clean boot and disabling ALL programs minus MS ones and still getting this issue, we know whose fault this is.

    Well all seems good!
Didn't do a full format but rather a refresh, wiped all files and all is running great.
Better than before for a lot of my apps and everything is up to date with no conflicts or issues.

What do you mean by refresh? I'm trying to figure out if theres a way not to wipe everything? Did you just reinstall from a usb/disc. Have you also reinstalled the update?

This is the update in the 15th that followed the major one on the 14th; I thought it might influence the installation.
    Here it is.
