    done that, same problem after restart!

    i just realized that if i Restart Explorer from this app (ShellExView) the First problem solved until i make restart for my PC then it comes back again!

    This is so annoying, as i installed fresh copy of windows without any apps or using it for long time!

    Do you think guys that the two problems are related? Issues with [Explorer.exe] maybe if we can fix problem 2 it will automatically fix problem 1 ?

    Could be worth looking at Event Viewer for any relevant warnings or errors?

    Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer or run eventvwr.msc

    thanks, but how do i get the info we need understand the cause of the problems?

    i have no idea how to deal with Event Viewer to get out the info we needs ..

    Look at the summary and click the + on anything that has critical, Error or Warning on it. See if anything looks relevant, just before the time the problem occurs
