How to change network connection priority in Windows 10

I want to change the priority of the network connection in Windows 10 so that they follow a specific order. When I have multiple network connections, I want to change the priority so the network I prefer will be the first one to use.

I tried to follow the tutorial here, but "Adaptors and Bindings" do not appear in my advanced settings?

There looks to be something not right with that screenshot...

What I've done in the past is to set the Metric options in the TCPIP v4 advanced options

Put a number in each of the network adaptors (uncheck the Auto box first), IIRC the lowest number is prioritised to the Highest in order, (but may be other way round), I always used the programmers system of setting 10, 20, 30 ... in case you add another adaptor later and you can just add an appropriate number without a complete renumbering
