Yes, I have the disc. So what should I do know then? Sorry I am not that good understanding these things.

So should I put the cd in and search there for that file? or should I just download asus Suite 3 from their website extract all the failes with the installs and look for that sys file there? It should be the same as in disc.

Like I said I dont want to install the whole asus suite;/

The driver disc that came with your mother board. Do you have it? I found the .sys file in there.

Also after installing Asus Suit 3, please check the folder 'c:\windows\system32\drivers'. It seemed that every time AS3 is running, it automatically generates that iomap64.sys file in that folder. That why I suggested let it run at startup. You should probably be able to see the .sys file there without copying and pasting it. Just guessing.

    Thanks,
    Ken

    Romas, yes that's the disc.

Put it in your dvd drive, go there and search for 'IOMap64.sys'.

Found it pressed copy and pasted it to windows/system32/drivers - restarted my PC boom Error gone. Problem Solved, really really weird. Like I said stupid error.

Yes. It is likely that some other piece of their software assumed the driver would be installed and that you would install their suite.

    Glad its cleared.
