My Computer is Flickering When My Login Screen Came In
I was deleting some of my files that I do not use, including folders that contain WindowsApps, folders that contain CortanaListen, folders that contain all the Bing stuff, and so on, and restarted my computer. After I restarted my computer, my background (login screen) came in, flickering for no reason, and my cursor is still there. Is there anything I can do to fix this flicker?
