I disagree. the video shows what I am used to: opening, repositioning and reopening windows. specifically the windows explorer. the video shows that a reopened windows explorer window is opened in the same position it was closed last. >>if you have multiple windows open then the position of the last closed window is remembered and reopening the windows explorer window will open it in the position where the last windows was closed.<<
I wouldn't be complaining if win 10 did this. actually I've come to terms with this issue. I figure that microsoft has to fix this irregular behavior. it doesn't bother me enough that I will turn to a 3rd party program. and reopening the windows explorer window is only off by the height of the title bar offset to the right by a bit... but it still annoys me that the windows explorer and the microsoft edge window have this irregular behavior.
