    Taskbar flickering when deleting files.

Basicly my Windows 10 taskbar refreshes most of the icons on the taskbar whenever i delete a file on my desktop, or empty my trash bin.

If you have any ideas then please tell me as i currently have no clue whatsoever.

    Thanks in advance!

Mine does too as sometimes the icons on the desktop. The way things are tied together with File Explorer [pretty much the heart of Windows] it has to refresh or re-index whenever things happen or change. The icons, taskbar and desktop are dynamic, not static like a picture on the wall, always being redrawn.

Alright, thank you for clearing it up for as i've been wondering if i had broken something (I seem to break things a lot) in windows itself.

You're welcome. I usually have a couple of browser windows open so don't notice it much.

Just messed around with some things and found out that you can stop it by disabling the trash bin. Though that might not be the best fix but it works i guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That is a solution but could be inconvenient at times.
