Audio keeps playing but not video... most streams... youtube et al

    Hi....

I'm using a rather new Desktop PC and lately, ( this has been getting worse and worse ) streaming videos of all kinds about 90% of the time now, the picture will freeze, and the audio will play on.

I have 8gigs of ram, Windows 10, Intel i3 processor, and a NVIDIA Geforce 210 graphics card... with I think 1 gig of ram...

My internet is consistent and fast, as I download huge files ( of all kinds ) at about

    31.9

    Mbps download

    10.9
    Mbps upload

I tried to re-install my graphics driver, but ... their website didn't help. I've just re-installed the Flash just in case. I've restarted the computer many times. Updates for Windows are all done.

What should I do now to troubleshoot?

It should be apparent that I'm not a techy.
I know how to type, basically.

Uninstall current device driver for your Graphics card and you can also uninstall the device and then when Windows reboots it will load a default driver and you can install the latest from NVIDIA.

Ok, well, the thing is... its LIKE the "erase memory button".. if I uninstall the current driver for my Graphics card, wont I lose the ability to SEE anything? I've never done this kind of thing before, as you can see.... And when I tried not too long ago at the NVIDIA site, it said it didn't support that card any longer.. I think.

So, in any case, will I SEE anything if I uninstall the video driver?

You will not lose the ability to see the screen. When you uninstall the device and driver, Microsoft does not lock those settings until you reboot the machine. You need to uninstall as I stated, both the driver and device, including all NVIDIA software, so that you can install the most recent NVIDIA driver and software tool package.
