Taskbar Peek flickers and does not function
Hey all. I formatted my computer yesterday and everything is working fine except for this one strange glitch I have.
Whenever I try and use the Aero Peek function on the taskbar it will flicker the preview then not display. If I move the taskbar to the bottom of the screen and then back to the side (I put my task bar on the left) it will temporarily fix the issue but only for a few seconds.
Does anyone have any clue what I could do to fix this?
Since this morning Windows 10 "Auto-Hide the taskbar" function is not working despite proper settings.

So my computer works fine, but for some reason the function keys were switched up. When I'm on the desktop, they don't do anything at all, and when I'm in Google Chrome they do things that aren't related to what they're supposed to do.

I needed to upgrade my graphics card because the old card was no longer supported. I choose the PNY GeForce GT 730. My first attempt was flickering screen. Spoke to PNY and they felt it was a bad card. Newegg replaced the card and again flickering....

Screenshot should say it all. 3x27" monitor span, used to nice useful Aero Peek windows in Win 7 and 8.1, I can't see how this little thumbnail at 59x59px is of use to anyone.
The icons on the taskbar also now seem to be the middle cousin...
